Private Yoga Sessions

It can be difficult to find time for yourself each week. When you commit to a regular practice with a private yoga instructor, you create ritual and accountability. Your personal yoga practice can be much more than stretching. It is a highly neurological practice which can include mindfulness, breath work, philosophy, and meditation to strengthen your body and brain. 

 

Our sessions will be customized to your needs and preferences and can include the following styles:

  • Vinyasa (warming, active, flowing)
  • Hatha (slower paced with longer holds)
  • Restorative (fully supported with props to relax the nervous system)
  • Self Massage (available online)
  • Clinical Thai Bodywork (hands on bodywork)

Where to begin?

First, call us or fill out our contact form and we will call you to discuss if working together is a good fit.


Next, book your introductory session, which can be online or in person depending on location. We will assess your needs and explore your interests.


From there, we will develop a plan to work together one, two, or three times per week, with yoga lessons tailored to fit your body and your schedule.


We ask for a commitment of 3 months to start.

  • Yoga mat
  • Blocks and Strap
  • Yoga Blanket (1-2)
  • Rectangular Bolster (for restorative yoga)
  • Therapy Balls (for self massage)
  • Foam roller (for self massage)
