Perhaps you want to spend less time in your car or maintain social distancing. Kimber Brenneman PhD, Personal Yoga Teacher

Kimber Brenneman has been practicing yoga since 2008, after having surgery to reconstruct a torn ACL. It was the only exercise she was approved to do post-surgery. While it was incredibly helpful in restoring full range of motion to her knee joint, it was also a stress reliever during graduate school and the beginning of a better relationship with herself. Being in a yoga class became the only time during her day where she focused solely on her body, breath, and mind. No to-do lists, no emails, no obligations, and no distractions.

In the beginning of her yoga journey Kimber experienced back pain and upper thigh pain. Looking back she realized it was the result of pushing too hard in certain poses without properly understanding the posture or how to find balance. She eventually learned that not every cue a teacher gives is for every student and to listen to her own body. Years later she wondered how different it might have been if she had sought out private instruction. Her mission is to provide focused attention and customized sessions to her private yoga students, so they can reap the benefits of yoga safely, at their own pace, and on their own schedule.
